About the EVroadHERO RH9K Mobile EV Rescue Charger
The RH9K is portable EV charging equipment for tow companies, roadside-assistance professionals, fleet managers, entrepreneurs and individuals who want peace of mind. It pairs an inverter generator with a custom-tuned Level 2 EV charger, so you can bring a rescue charge to a stranded EV and get the driver to the next charger.
On average, a rescue charge adds approximately 5–10 miles of range in about 20 minutes, depending on the vehicle, battery state, temperature and terrain. That is usually enough to reach a nearby charging station, so the driver is back on the road without a tow. The unit runs on gasoline (the engine oil is already added), starts with an electric start button or a wireless remote, and needs no app, smartphone or internet connection.
Ultra-clean inverter power with total harmonic distortion below 3% is designed for EV-friendly charging, and the unit includes carbon-monoxide auto shutoff. It weighs about 200 pounds, with built-in wheels and a folding handle, and fits in a tow truck, flatbed or many SUVs and vans for transport. Never run it inside a vehicle, trailer, garage or any other enclosed space, because engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide. Always run it outdoors with free airflow and follow the safety guidance.
